Wholistic medicine

All treatments offered at Wholistic Natural Medicine are wholistic — we do not look at your complaint in isolation from everything else that is happening within your body, your life and your environment. These contexts often contribute to the emergence of your complaint, or set a pattern of dysfunction from which the complaint arose.

 

Natural medicine

Our treatments are natural — whether it is the passive stretch of massage which counters tension or trigger point therapy which breaks up the scar tissue of injury; the use of acupuncture and herbal medicines which counter functional imbalances in the body; dietary advice and nutritional supplementation which ensure that the body has the substances necessary for its metabolic processes; or chiropractic adjustments which release impingements on the nervous system and re-establish unobstructed innervation of the organs — our treatments encourage the body's own healing.
